Wedding terms of service

The booking fee

To secure your booking, a £300.00 booking fee is required. This sum is automatically deducted from the total cost of the wedding photography service selected by you. * Not applicable to attendance only service – see footnote.

When the balance is payable

The balance remaining from any wedding photography service covered is payable on collection of the ‘Preview CD’. The balance must be paid in full before the CD leaves the premises. Note: In the event of cancellation the booking fee is non returnable.

Example: if you were to choose a Deluxe service for £750.00 and the advance booking fee is deducted, then the remaining £550.00 balance due will be payable when the Peview CD is collected.

The Peview CD will be ready for collection one week after the wedding or on return from honeymoon.

Deluxe Service - Standard 27.9 x 27.9cm. Print format: 8 x 8", 7 x 5" or double 5 x 4"
Deluxe Service - Panoramic 23 x 35cm. Print format: 16 x 12"
Connoisseur Service - Standard 33 x 33.6cm. Print format: 10 x 10", 10 x 8" or multiple smaller prints.
Connoisseur Service - Panoramic 34 x 35cm. Print format: 24 x 12"
Executive Service - Standard 41.5 x 32.5cm. Print format: 14 x 11" or multiple smaller prints.
Executive Service - Panoramic 33 x 45cm. Print format: 24 x 16"
Parents Album - Standard 21.6 x 21.6cm. Print format: 5 x 5", 5 x 4", 6 x 4"
Parents Album - Panoramic 17 x 24cm. Print format: 12 x 8"

The photograph Preview CD

First we provide you with a CD with all the photographs taken on the day. Each photograph on this Preview CD is watermarked for copyright purposes. If you have chosen to purchase all the images on CD in high resolution, this can be collected when the album is ready.

Payment of additional/guest orders

Any additional charges incurred by the wedding couple, including all guest orders are payable when your order is placed before final printing commences.

Collection of completed order

  • The time it takes to process any order is determined by seasonal demand. In general it takes between two and five weeks to complete a wedding order. If a major deadline is foreseeable, please discuss this with our experienced staff that will endeavour to help with any reasonable urgent priority.

  • The whole of the completed order must be paid for before it leaves the premises.

  • This is a legal and binding contract between the Bride & Groom and Beaumont-Wright Photography Ltd.

  • Attendance only: Attendance fee excluding prints is charged at £75.00 per hour. Photographs will be charged for in addition at our current rate. A deposit is required for prints taken on approval.
